Very good Target Man for pretty much any team. Pretty amazing in all areas you would look for in a target man and he will score goals at pretty much any level. Might cost you a bit to prize him away from PSG, I wouldn't know as I didn't have to buy him, but I think he is up there with some of the best target men in the game. Bold statement, I know, but besides blistering pace he pretty much has the whole package. I highly recommend him.
Here he is in my game after the third season.

Picked this guy up for my newly promoted Newcastle side, I think he may be available for less in first season as he'd had a very successful season for Mineiro when I bought him. He's a skillful, pacy sort of player and makes an excellent foil for Oscar Cardozo if you've got him. He's started 21 matches so far for me and has 14 goals and 6 assists.

Best striker in the game. He wins you games on his own. Set him to complete forward, and switch between target to feet and run onto ball, according to defenders ur up against. And defensive line. Ive got him to get 55 goals in 47 appearances. 38 in the League.
